Bootleg Parody of Lisa Frank Brand

Transport yourself back to the era of neon colors, bold patterns, and playful nostalgia with this unique project.

Inspired by the joyful and vivid aesthetic of Lisa Frank, I embarked on a creative journey to blend her timeless style with the distinctive patterns of the 90s Memphis design movement. The result is a dazzling fusion of geometric shapes, vibrant hues, and a celebration of all things fun and fanciful.

At the heart of this portfolio piece is a packaging design for a Barbie doll's clothing set. Drawing from Lisa Frank's signature color palette, I infused the packaging with a burst of bright hues and dynamic patterns reminiscent of the Lisa Frank stickers and stationary we cherished during our childhood. The design not only captures the essence of Lisa Frank's playful spirit but also brings a touch of Memphis design flair to the mix.

In addition to the Barbie clothing packaging, I expanded the project to include a delightful notebook and a set of stickers that echo the beloved stationery of the 90s. These items are adorned with whimsical patterns, lively colors, and a sense of nostalgia that harks back to a time when Lisa Frank ruled the world of colorful creativity.

These were created in Adobe Illustrator.
